Refund policy

Changed your mind? Be assured with our no quibble returns policy. Just return within 30 days of purchase of your wish to return/cancel and as long as it is in the condition we sent it to you, we will accept a return posted back at your own cost*.

If it's outside the 30 days , we can't accept the return. Items must be returned with their original packaging (e.g., inner garment bags, tissue paper, tags intact, shoe boxes etc).
Items returned with signs of wear (e.g., smells of washing powder, perfume, deodorant marks, sweat, fake tan etc or tags not intact) will not be accepted - we are happy to return these to you at your cost.

Please note, we do not refund the original outgoing postage paid, unless, of course we've sent the wrong product/faulty product.

* Most items we stock are returnable.

Underwear, swimwear, lingerie
Earrings or sets containing earrings
Personalized items.
